2. Services

El Coco Cafe provides event hospitality services including catering, food preparation, food and beverage services, and delivery for private and corporate events. We may also offer healthy meal plans as prepaid packages or subscription-based services.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through our secure payment provider (Stripe).

For certain events, a deposit may be required to secure the event date.

Full payment must be received prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, delivery address, event timing, dietary requirements, and contact information.

El Coco Cafe is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Event Modifications

Changes to event details must be requested in writing.

Late changes may incur additional costs.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to catering services booked for a specific event date occurring within 14 days of purchase.
